 d by the Spokane Symphony and Spokane Public Library in partnership with Y
 WCA.</p>\n<p>For the second consecutive year\, we're proud to host the Lul
 laby Project\, a program of Carnegie Hall&rsquo\;s Weill Music Institute (
 WMI). This special initiative pairs pregnant women and new parents with pr
 ofessional artists to craft personalized lullabies for their little ones. 
 It's a unique opportunity for parents to express their feelings\, hopes\, 
 and dreams for their children through the power of music.</p>\n<p>Experien
 ce the culmination of this inspiring journey at our concert\, featuring Sp
 okane Public Library Music Education Specialist Andy Rumsey\, musician Liz
  Rognes\, and talented Spokane Symphony musicians. Together\, they'll brin
 g these heartfelt lullabies to life on stage.</p>\n<p>This project is poss
 ible thanks to a gift from a Spokane Symphony anonymous donor and the Spok
 ane Bike Swap.</p>\n<p>By attending library programs\, you are agreeing to
  potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be us
 ed in promotional materials including social media.</p>\n<p>We strive to m
