  addition to the permanent works\, we also have exhibits that rotate regul
 arly in our galleries on the first\, second\, and third floors\, featuring
  works by local students and professional artists.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Street p
 arking downtown is free on Saturdays\, and you can also park in the Librar
 y Garage at 33 W. Duval St. and get your parking validated at the checkout
  desk on the first floor.</p>\n<p>Registration is strongly recommended and
  should be completed 2 hours prior to the start time\, but walk-ins are we
 lcome if space is available.&nbsp\;Meet the docent by the Art Tours sign i
 n the Pacjic Promenade (the entry/hallway on the first floor).&nbsp\; If y
