  a bibliotherapist\, counselor and author. She is the founder of Book Ther
 apy\, which offers individual\, couples and group bibliotherapy\, literary
  curation and personalized reading services as well as bibliotherapy train
 ing. Bijal's book recommendations have been featured in the <em>Guardian\,
  Marie Claire</em>\, NBC News\, among other publications. She is also the 
 co-host of the podcast Raising a Reader &amp\; Storyteller.</p>\n<p><span
