 /strong>: We're going to turn up the music and have a Dance Party!</p>\n<p
 ><strong>12:00-2:00 p.m. (First come\, first served)</strong>: We'll turn 
 balloons into animals and more with Balloon Twisting!</p>\n<p><strong>Avai
 lable from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (weather permitting):</strong> Chalk Decorati
 ng\, Obstacle Course\, Bubbles\, Kid Crafts\, Make your own buttons with o
 ur Button Maker\, and more!</p>\n<p>During the event\, library staff and v
 olunteers will be available to answer questions about the program\, assist
  with sign-ups\, and provide gameboards and a free book for children and t
 eens who register. Can't make the event? <a href="https://montgomerycounty

  library starting May 15\, and begin logging your reading\, activities\, a

  in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range 
 of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must
  be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for child
