 ategies with an interactive program for female identifying youth. Specific
 ally designed to help them cope with worries and anxiety\, this is the per
 fect time to try the program. They learn to nurture their love of music wh
 ile taking care of themselves.</p>\n<p>Many of the participants say they s
 till use the skills they developed in <a href="https://wellingtonmusicther
 apyservices.com/our-programs/music-education/sing-it-girls/" target="_blan
 k" rel="noopener" title="Sing it Girls program">Sing it Girls&trade\;</a> 
 to deal with their emotions and stressful situations. Particularly with de
 ep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation. They have also said they f
 eel safe and supported in the groups. Let&rsquo\;s sing together!</p>\n<p>
 This program is intended for children ages 9 to 12 years.</p>\n<p><strong>
 Health and Safety Protocols:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do not attend this pr
 ogram if you currently have or recently had a fever\, cough\, shortness of
 &nbsp\;breath\, or are feeling unwell.</li>\n<li>Keep your hands clean. Ha
 nd sanitizer will be provided throughout the library and should be used up
 on entry to this program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>By participating in this program
