 Juried Art Exhibit.&nbsp\;Vote by paper ballot at the City Centre branch b
 etween Sept. 26 and Nov. 6.&nbsp\;One vote per person.</p>\n<p>The winners
  will be announced on the Coquitlam Public Library website and the chosen 
 pieces will be displayed at the library for extended period of time after
