 his swap is to provide a more eco-friendly way to "shop" outside of fast f
 ashion. Our goal is to put gently used items in your closet that you can w
 ear out with friends &amp\; family\, to work\, while being active or while
  lounging at home.</p>\n<p>To participate\, drop off five to ten items of 
 clothing and/or accessories and shoes\, clean and in good shape\, to the A
 dult Services desk on the 2nd floor - <strong>we will begin accepting item
 s on Wednesday\, August 14th</strong>. On the night of the event\, prepare
  to &ldquo\;shop!&rdquo\; You can also donate items if you can't or don't 
 want to attend the event!</p>\n<p>To drop off your items ahead of time\, p
 lease bring them to the Adult Services desk on the 2nd floor. All juniors 
 and adult sizes are welcome! This event is for teens and adults\, so pleas
 e no children's clothing. Have some extra hangers you don't need? We will 
 also take them to use at the swap!</p>\n<p>This swap is for all genders! I
 n the past\, we have had a small amout of GREAT men's clothes included\, b
 ut would love to have more male participation. Please encourage the fashio
 n-interested men in your life to participate!</p>\n<p>​We will not 
 accept:</p>\n<p>X&nbsp\; T-shirts (We&rsquo\;re talking the old frayed col
 lege tee\, the random 5K tee\, etc.)</p>\n<p>X&nbsp\; Undergarments</p>\n<
 p>X&nbsp\; Anything with a rip/hole*\, stain\, or heavy fading</p>\n<p>X&n
 bsp\; Children's clothing</p>\n<p>*If the item is purposely distressed\, i
 t is permitted.&nbsp\; Ex: jeans with distressing.</p>\n<p>In this Sustain
 able Style series of programming\, we will learn ways to step out of the f
 ast fashion vortex and answer the age old question &ldquo\;What will I wea
 r?&rdquo\; in a sustainable way. At this clothing swap\, refresh your ward
 robe and share your personal style with your community! Clothing swaps are
  a sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe without contributing to fast f
 ashion. By exchanging clothes\, you can give new life to items that may ha
 ve been discarded and find unique pieces to add to your collection. This h
 elps reduce textile waste and the carbon footprint associated with produci
 ng new clothing. Swapping clothes is both eco-friendly and budget-friendly
