  for heart health\, and how to create a heart-healthy exercise plan. After
  the presentation\, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy&nbsp\;wa
 lk with Kevin.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Me
 et us in Centennial Hall in the library\, and then we move to the outdoor 
 space at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the south entrance\,
  facing New Street.</p>\n<p>Walking is a wonderful form of physical activi
 ty and we encourage all levels of walking ability to participate in this e
 vent&mdash\;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of th
 e journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are we
 lcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at the star
