This class is designed to be for everyone\ , especially those new to yoga or with no prior yoga experience. Instructo rs will provide a comfortable place to start for those new to and curious about yoga. Participants will be guided through yoga poses and sequences t hat may vary each \;week. \; \;Modifications will be provided and encouraged. All are welcome. \nTrailside Yoga &\; Beyond is the original downtown yo ga studio in Fayetteville\, Arkansas. Opened in 2014\, our mission is to c reate an inclusive yoga community\, with a focus on education\, transforma tion &\; personal growth. We offer a wide variety of yoga classes\, 7 d ays a week\, including hot yoga\, gentle flow\, slow flow\, restorative\, yin\, and donation-based community classes. We also offer workshops\, teac her training\, private lessons &\; mentorships. Trailside welcomes ever yone\, regardless of race\, age\, gender\, sexual orientation\, body type or physical ability. We have a large practice studio\, cork flooring\, inf rared heaters\, mat rental &\; free parking. Our diverse teaching team is experienced\, knowledgeable and highly educated. Each of our teachers h as at a minimum a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher designation. With over 90 years of combined teaching experience\, we provide safe instruction in an encouraging atmosphere. We have cultivated a supportive community and w e hope you will join us!
