 hibits that rotate regularly in our galleries on the first\, second\, and 
 third floors\, featuring works by local students and professional artists.
 &nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Street parking downtown is free on weekdays starting at 6 
 pm.</p>\n<p>Registration is strongly recommended and should be completed 2
  hours prior to the start time\, but walk-ins are welcome if space is avai
 lable.&nbsp\;If you do not have a card\, click <a href="https://jaxpublicl
