 ed States each year on Sept. 15\,&nbsp\;celebrates U.S. Latinos\, their cu
 lture and their history. Started in 1968 by Congress as Hispanic Heritage 
 Week\, it was expanded to a month in 1988.</strong></p>\n<p>Chef Kir Rodri
 guez will demonstrate how to make tomato and watermelon gazpacho and bu&nt
 ilde\;uelos de vainilla</p>\n<p>Begin your Spanish party with gazpacho de 
 tomate and end the affair with fried bu&ntilde\;uelos covered in powdered 
 sugar.</p>\n<p>Presenter: Professional pastry chef Kir Rodriguez joined th
 e International Culinary Center in 2004\, and has worked at prestigious NY
 C restaurants such as Orso\, Union Square Cafe\, Le Cirque and Cafe Boulud
