Joel Armstrong i s the Director of Artificial Intelligence at Dig Insights\, a market resea rch firm in Toronto\, and has over a decade of combined experience in rese arch and AI. Joel&rsquo\;s team is responsible for developing AI-driven pr ojects to aid in the research process. His previous roles include AI Promp t Engineer at Dig Insights and Senior Research and Evaluation Associate at the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Joel holds a Master of Sc ience in Applied Artificial Intelligence from the University of San Diego and a PhD in Psychology from Western University. He has also been a course instructor at King's University College since 2017. In his spare time\, J oel enjoys sports\, woodworking\, and music.
