  duo Cherry &amp\; Jerry&ndash\;percussionist Isaac Cherry and pianist Jer
 ry Rabushka&ndash\;will explore some of the influences and personalities t
 hat brought this music to life. St. Louis was home to the famous composer 
 Scott Joplin and was where he wrote &ldquo\;The Entertainer\,&rdquo\; but 
 the whole city was jumping with syncopation. We&rsquo\;ll visit the St. Lo
 uis Word&rsquo\;s Fair\, Tom Turpin&rsquo\;s famous Rosebud Bar\, and the 
 music department at Stix Baer and Fuller\, where teenager Irene Giblin was
