\nAbbott Kahler\, formerly w riting as Karen Abbott\, is the \;New York Times \;bestselling aut hor of \;Sin in the Second City\; \;American Rose\; \;Liar\, Temptress\, Soldier\, Spy\; \;The Ghosts of Eden Park\; Where You End and Eden Undone. She is also the host o f \;Remus: The Mad Bootleg King\, a podcast about legendary J azz Age bootlegger George Remus. A native of Philadelphia\, she lives in N ew York City and in Greenport\, New York.
\nThis author event is par t of the McHenry County Libraries - Let's All Read Together community reading program.
