 legal name change clinic to all Maryland residents! The clinic date is Sat
 urday\, June 22\, 2024\, 2pm-4pm at Brigadier General Charles E. McGee Lib
 rary. The program will take place in the 3rd Floor Meeting Room. Walk-ins 
 are welcome\, but registration is encouraged!</p>\n<p>Please register with
  FreeState Justice in advance of the event by submitting an&nbsp\;<a href=
 "https://form.jotform.com/203068245995161">intake service request form</a>
 . Attendees should note in the intake form that they will be participating
  in "McGee Library's Name Change Clinic." In order to register\, you will 
 need to provide a Birth Certificate or a State-Issued ID and provide a Mar
 yland address where you are comfortable receiving court-issued mail.</p>\n
