We will lubricate our joints\, strengthen our muscles\, exercise our brains\, and improve our flexibility\, hand-eye coordination\, balance\, breath\, and tickle our funny bone. The movements are organic and spontane ous\, no need to learn any special choreography. Come and experience this brain and body-boosting class and feel younger with every workout!
