 e version. If you attended the Spring Lock-In or the Summer Lock-In\, you 
 will not need to bring a new permission form.</p>\n<p>You&nbsp\;must&nbsp\
 ;be at the library by 5 p.m. to be admitted.&nbsp\;<strong>You will not be
  able to enter the building after the Library has closed.</strong>&nbsp\;P
 articipants who need to leave earlier than 9 p.m. should notify staff when
  checking into the lock-in.</p>\n<p>If you have any food sensitivities/all
 ergies\, we will order a special pizza from Dominos\, but you are also wel
 come to bring your own dinner.</p>\n<p>We will be having a costume contest
  as well! Participation is not required\, but costumes should be age-appro
 priate.&nbsp\;</p>\n<h2>Information for Parents/Caregivers:</h2>\n<ul>\n<l
 i><strong>Parents may not stay in the library during the lock-in.</strong>
 &nbsp\;The lock-in is chaperoned by Library staff. Adults who have not bee
 n background-checked by the Town of Flower Mound AND are not scheduled to 
 work at the lock-in will not be allowed to stay in the building after the 
 Library closes. This allows us to ensure the building is empty of anyone w
 ho is not supposed to be here and keep the building secure.</li>\n<li><str
 ong>You must inform us if you are picking your teen up before 9 p.m.</stro
 ng>&nbsp\;Attendees must inform us that their parent/caregiver has arrived
  before they leave the building.</li>\n<li><strong>You must at least come 
 up to the South breezeway to pick up your attendee.</strong>&nbsp\;We will
  not allow attendees to leave unless they can visually verify the person p
 icking up. We will not send any attendee into the parking lot to a waiting
  car. If you are unable to leave your vehicle\, a staff member will accomp
 any the attendee to the parking lot so that the attendee can visually veri
 fy you. At the end of the lock-in\, parents/caregivers will be allowed to 
 enter the building to pick up their teen(s).</li>\n<li>Please let us know
