 rches and synagogues within DC to those made later in the suburbs. This in

  Vietnamese Catholic Church\, and a Hindu temple on New Hampshire Avenue.

 overnment and the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County. Amita 
 Sarin is an immigrant from India\, spending her first decades in the US wr
 iting about the immigrant experience.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;It became evident to he
 r that religious traditions\, especially sacred architecture\, are among t
 he most visible and interesting aspects of any culture.&nbsp\;More info ab
