 om1"><strong>Rick Dickinson</strong></span><br />Rick provides training an
 d one-on-one advising helping to emerging entrepreneurs on the Olympic Pen
 insula imagine new business opportunities\, start businesses\, and get bus
 inesses ready to grow.</p>\n<p>Rick brings extensive marketing and communi
 cations experience to his role as a business advisor for CIE. He has worke
 d for a wide range of organizations\, from large multinational corporation
 s to small nonprofits\, and worked for several years as an independent mar
 keting consultant to small businesses. In 2016 he and a partner launched a
  successful wholesale cannabis business. He is passionate about using busi
 ness to benefit both people and the environment.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><img src

 <br />Micah provides Grow Ready\, COVID-Ready and Future-Ready assessments
 \, trainings and one-on-one counseling to existing Olympic Peninsula busin
 esses.</p>\n<p>Micah joined CIE to contribute operational and financial ex
 perience from a wide variety of industries. A lifetime spent living and wo
 rking in different rural areas throughout the country has exposed him to m
 any of the problems facing rural entrepreneurship and the many different s
 olutions people have used to grow through the challenges.</p>\n<p><strong>
