First\, learn about the be nefits of swimming and aqua-therapy for your mind\, body\, and soul. And t hen\, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy \;walk \;and f un conversation. \; \;

 \;Meet us the Mountain Garden Room at the Brant Hill branch. We will then move to the outdoor space for the walk.

Walking is a wonderful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of walking ability to participate in this event&mdash \;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at the start of the w alk.
