  we are limiting registration for this event to TEENS at this time?&nbsp\;
 </strong></p>\n<p><strong>-To be physically present at MCPL's Wheaton Bran
 ch at 4 pm on July 23\, 2025!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>-A natural fiber (c
 otton\, for example) item to be dyed. If you don't have an item of your ow
 n\, we have bandanas.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>-Old clothes that you don't
  care about too much. We will try to keep the mess to a minimum\, but stuf
 f happens.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>-A sense of wonder and a spirit of cre
 ativity.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>-To have registered for the event (see b
 elow). We are limiting it to ten people\, for obvious reasons. We are expe
 cting the spaces to fill up fast\, so don't wait!&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Registratio
 n begins NOW!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>We will provide the rest!</strong><
