 nd must be completed two hours prior to the start time. A library card is 
 required for registration. If you do not have a card\, click&nbsp\;<a href

 o obtain a card. Please add the name of each participant in the program wh
 en completing registration.</p>\n<p>Attendance is limited. Please arrive e
 arly to check in. Check in starts 30 minutes prior to the start of the pro
 gram. When the program begins\, unfilled registered spots will be made ava
 ilable to customers at a first come\, first served basis.</p>\n<p>This pro
 gram is intended for youth participants and their families. Large groups o
 r organizations should send program requests to&nbsp\;jplyouthservices@coj
 .net&nbsp\;two days prior to the program. All requests may not be accommod
