 ends of the Library\, Montgomery County (FOLMC)\, Mid-Atlantic Scratch Lea
 gue (MASL)\, Urban One\, Levine Music\, and Classroom 2 Community (C2C).</

  branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the 
 program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be acc
 ompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children mus
