 and DJ culture in Montgomery County. This free family-friendly music festi
 val featuring workshops\, speakers and more! This event is generously spon
 sored by Friends of the Library\, Montgomery County (FOLMC)\, Mid-Atlantic
  Scratch League (MASL)\, Urban One\, Levine Music\, and Classroom 2 Commun

 l and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age r
 ange of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8
  must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for
