 artist\, DJ\, producer\, and streetwear designer from Baltimore\, MD.&nbsp
 \;Mr. Vargas will discuss songwriting tips and principles with the audienc
 e\, as well as career paths and the application of songwriting skills to b
 usiness and employment.&nbsp\; We hope aspiring artists and/or business pe
 ople of all genres and generations will come spend some time with an artis
 t who is &ldquo\;the real deal\,&rdquo\; an award-winning and very experie
 nced professional in the business of song-writing\, a trustee of the organ
 ization that selects GRAMMY award-winners\, a teacher\, a writer\, and pro
 ducer of hip-hop music.&nbsp\; We may even test your skills with an exerci
 se or two.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>No registration required. First-come fir

 ee family-friendly music festival featuring workshops\, speakers and more!
