 d to Record and DJ culture in Montgomery County. This free family-friendly
  music festival featuring workshops\, speakers and more! This event is gen
 erously sponsored by Friends of the Library\, Montgomery County (FOLMC)\, 
 Mid-Atlantic Scratch League (MASL)\, Urban One\, Levine Music\, and Classr
 oom 2 Community (C2C).</p>\n<p>Looking for something to do until the event

 (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the sug
 gested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under 
 the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program i
 ntended for children must have an accompanying child.</p>\n<p><strong>Acco
