 R. Joseph Latshaw III\, an Eagle Scout\, is a lifelong resident of Toms Ri
 ver. He graduated Toms River High School South in 2020 and recently gradua
 ted from Ocean County College and Kean University with a bachelors in hist
 ory. He is employed by the Ocean County Cultural &amp\; Heritage Commissio
 n working on a variety of projects and serving as a docent at the Cedar Br
 idge Tavern County Historic Site. Additionally he is a: Trustee\, at the O
 cean County Historical Society\, Chair of the Toms River Township Historic
  Preservation Commission\, an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 20 VFW #6063
 \, Trustee for the Southern Region\, League of Historical Societies of New
  Jersey and Church Historian\, First United Methodist Church of Toms River
 . He is also an active member of the North American Vexillological Associa
 tion and Col. Somers Chapter of the New Jersey Society\, Sons of the Ameri
