Every month we will try a new cuisi ne or cooking theme. Share your cooking tips and tricks and indulge in liv ely discussions that will spice up your culinary adventures.

\nHow does it work?
\nThe Dinner Club ga thers on the second Thursday of the month outside the Library on the River Terrace\, weather permitting\, or in the Eben Jones Classroom. Each month will feature a new cuisine or cooking theme.
\nIn celebration of Au gust being NH Eats Local \;month\, the August theme i s &ldquo\;Local Foods.&rdquo\; Create a dish using ingredients from your g arden or a local farmer's market! Bonus points if most or all of your ingr edients are locally produced. \;NH Eats Local is the \;NH F ood Alliance&lsquo\;s initiative to promote and celebrate food grown\, caught\, and produced in the Granite State. Members are invited to make a nd bring their favorite dish from a cookbook and share their recipe with f ellow members. PTL&rsquo\;s Dinner Club is open to everyone\, but registra tion is required so that we know how many to expect. \;
