Join us as local o utdoor enthusiast Berlin Nelson Jr. talks about his 235-mile canoeing adve nture on a wild and scenic river along the United States and Mexico border . Big canyons\, whitewater\, hot springs and nasty Carrizo cane were all p art of the adventure on the Rio Grande River\, which begins in Colorado an d flows approximately 1\,900 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. Berlin is a reti red professor Emeritus from North Dakota State University\, and an avid ou tdoor adventurer.
