 ntat is the Caldecott Medal-winning creator of&nbsp\;<em>The Adventures of
  Beekle: The Unimaginary Friend</em>\, the #1&nbsp\;<em>New York Times</em
 >-bestselling&nbsp\;<em>Are We There Yet?</em>\, and the&nbsp\;<em>New Yor
 k Times</em>&ndash\;bestselling book&nbsp\;<em>After the Fall (How Humpty 
 Dumpty Got Back Up Again)</em>. Dan is the author and illustrator of over 
 a hundred books for young people. His latest works include the bestselling
  graphic novels\,&nbsp\;<em>The Aquanaut&nbsp\;</em>and&nbsp\;<em>A First 
 Time for Everything</em>.</p>\n<p>Dan grew up in Southern California and i
 s a graduate of the Art Center College of Design. He is the creator of the
