 nnabis use.</p>\n<p>Jason McCoy is the Tobacco Prevention Coordinator for 
 Clay County Public Health in Moorhead\, Minnesota.&nbsp\; He received his 
 Master of Public Health from North Dakota State University. Jason has been
  working in substance prevention for nine years\, building coalitions\, ra
 ising awareness\, and passing policies reducing tobacco&rsquo\;s harm. He 
 has led efforts to pass 32 tobacco and electronic cigarette prevention pol
 icies\, the latest being two local ordinances to end flavored tobacco sale
 s.&nbsp\; He is currently building Positive Community Norms &ndash\; worki
 ng upstream to address Hopes &amp\; Concerns in the DGF school system.</p>
 \n<p>In 2022\, Jason opened Verity Presents\, a platform to provide presen
 tations and training regarding tobacco control\, emphasizing vape preventi
 on. He is also working on the first of a series of novels designed to offe
 r speculative fiction related to substance prevention and other topics.</p
