In this introductory practice taught by St efani VanDeest\, participants will learn to maintain a rhythmic connection with large hula hoops\, hand made for beginner adults. The playful and rh ythmic nature of the hoop uplifts the spirit\, quiets the mind and connect s us to our bodies in a joyful way. The possibilities are infinite. Any BO DY can hoop! Hula hoops will be provided. This program is intended for adu lts.
