During Kids in the Kitchen\, you will lear n to make and try new foods that you can also make for your family at home ! Participants will experiment with all types of cooking styles\, ingredie nts\, recipes\, and techniques.
\nIn this session of Kids in the Kit chen\, chefs will taste test 3 combinations of fillings and fruit or crack ers. A few combinations include Berries on a Branch (strawberry cream chee se and dried cranberries) and Fish in a Stream (hummus and goldfish). Part icipants will then create their own snacks with their favorite combination s.
\nPlease be aware that we are offering the same program a ctivity during weeks one and two of Kids in the Kitchen. Weeks three and f our of Kids in the Kitchen will also feature the same program activity\, b ut a different activity from weeks one and two. Therefore\, we kindly ask that you register for either week one OR two and either week three OR four so as to allow the greatest number of people possible to enjoy this popul ar program.
\nFor ages 6-12. Registration is required. Please register each child separately that will be attending the program using the child&rsquo\;s first and last name. We will meet in the Cottonwood Room of the Severance Library.
