The Spokane Public Library is partnering w ith Dalkena Highlands and the Spokane County Interstate Fair to share a bo ok about Cedar the Highland Cow&rsquo\;s life story with some fun crafts! All seating will be on the grass\, so please bring a blanket or chair if y ou would like. \;

Cedar will be available for photo opportunit ies and petting. All attendees will be entered into a raffle to win a copy of the book about Cedar!

Children and teens that read for at leas t 15 days in August and sign up for the Summer Reading Club on Beanstack w ill receive a free ticket to the Spokane County Interstate Fair.
