 ments to provide guidance to a meditative state\, a perfect introduction t
 o meditation for beginners. The use of music for meditation and healing is
  multicultural from Tibetan singing bowls to Aboriginal didgeridoos\, musi
 c is and has been used for its therapeutic effects for thousands of years.
  In recent years&nbsp\; some western medicine and science have come to sup
