 diness vaccines will be offered while supplies last: Hep B\, MMR\, Dtap\, 
 Polio\, and HPV. Important: COVID-19 and flu vaccines are unavailable for 
 this date.</p>\n<p>Please note that our school readiness vaccines are for 
 Vaccines For Children (VFC) eligible children only. A child is eligible fo
 r the VFC Program if they are younger than 19 years of age and one of the 
 following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uninsured</li>\n<li>Enrolled in Medi-Cal or elig
 ible for Medi-Cal</li>\n<li>American Indian or Alaska Native</li>\n</ul>\n
 <p>Children who are privately insured are not eligible for the VFC Program
  and cannot be vaccinated by our team.</p>\n<p>Important information for m
 inors being vaccinated at a site run by the Los Angeles County Department 
 of Public Health:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A&nbsp\;consent form&nbsp\;is&nbsp\;requi
 red for all minors ages 6 months through 17 in order to be vaccinated.</li
 >\n<li>Youth ages 16 and 17 years of age should be accompanied by their pa
 rent or legal guardian\, if possible. If this is not possible\, they must 
 bring a&nbsp\;consent form&nbsp\;signed by their parent or legal guardian.
 </li>\n<li>Children ages 6 months through 15 years must be accompanied by 
 their parent\, legal guardian\, or a responsible adult. If the child is ac
 companied by a responsible adult\, the consent form must name the responsi
 ble person and be signed by the parent or legal guardian.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>
 Make an appointment online at your preferred library location to avoid lon
 ger wait times. Appointments are available on&nbsp\;<a href="https://mytur
 n.ca.gov/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">myturn.ca.gov</a>. Search by ZIP
  code.</p>\n<p>*Vaccine clinics are open for walk-ins. Vaccines available 
 while supplies last. Vaccine brands are subject to availability\, and we a
