 politan Police Department (MPD) has hosted these festivals across the city
  for many years. This traveling community festival\, complete with local G
 o-Go bands\, artists\, and resource partners\, not only provides enjoyable
  programming for community members\, but provides an opportunity for resid
 ents to connect with the police department and other community-based organ
 ization.</p>\n<p>This year's festival includes a performance by High Quali
 ty Band\, as well as free legal help for D.C. residents\, book bag givaway
