 bates and interest free loans to help!</p>\n<p>Earlier this year\, the Cit
 y of Guelph launched the <a href="https://guelph.ca/living/environment/ene
 rgy/guelph-greener-homes/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="link to G
 uelph Greener Homes Program">Guelph Greener Homes Program</a>. This progra
 m helps Guelph residents with 0% interest loans or low-income grants to do
  energy upgrades to their home\, such as adding insulation or shifting to 
 energy efficient heat pumps or generating clean renewable energy using sol
 ar panels - all things that will help cut the energy bill and reduce GHG e
 missions in a big way!</p>\n<p>Program staff will be available to answer a
 ny questions. Light refreshments will be served. We look forward to seeing

 will be provided throughout the library and should be used upon entry to t
