 ord and DJ culture in Montgomery County. This free family-friendly music f
 estival featuring workshops\, speakers and more! This event is generously 
 sponsored by Friends of the Library\, Montgomery County (FOLMC)\, Mid-Atla
 ntic Scratch League (MASL)\, Urban One\, Levine Music\, and Classroom 2 Co
 mmunity (C2C).</p>\n<p>Looking for something to do until the event?&nbsp\;

 of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended
