X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>Grow your author business exponentially by
working smarter\, not harder. Your book is out! Now\, what once was your
greatest dream suddenly feels like your biggest nightmare. Authors Karen C
how (Miracle\, Little Brown) and Sara Fujimura* (Every Reason We Shouldn&r
squo\;t\, Tor Teen) share their three-step interconnected marketing system
that teaches debut authors and seasoned authors how to grow their busines
ses exponentially with a few specific\, targeted tricks.</p>\n<p>*Did you
know that Sara Fujimura was our Spring 2022 Writer in Residence?</p>\n<p>K
 aren S. Chow is a Taiwanese-American author\, who started writing novels a
s a college sophomore at Arizona State University\, while earning a degree
in electrical engineering. Now\, she is an engineer by day and middle-gra
de novelist by night. Her debut middle-grade novel\,&nbsp\;<em>Miracle</em
 >\, is a heart story that combines her love for music with her experiences
witnessing her father passing away from pancreatic cancer. Her second boo
k\, about a girl struggling with her parents&rsquo\; divorce and learning
engineering\, comes out in January 2026. She lives in Gilbert\, AZ\, with
her family. Karen is represented by Andrea Cascardi at Transatlantic Agenc
 y.</p>\n<p><a href="https://kchowrites.com/">https://kchowrites.com/</a></
p>\n<p>Sara Fujimura (Foo-gee-moo-rah) is the American half of her bicultu
ral Japanese-American family and spends about a month each year in Japan.
She started as a journalist\, so it is no surprise that Sara&rsquo\;s youn
g adult books contain a lot of facts to go along with the fiction. Whether
you want to know about Japan (<em>TANABATA WISH</em>)\, the Spanish Flu p
andemic of 1918 (<em>BREATHE</em>)\, what it&rsquo\;s like to be an Olympi
c-caliber skater (<em>EVERY REASON WE SHOULDN&rsquo\;T</em>)\, or how unsc
ripted television works (<em>FAKING REALITY</em>)\, Sara takes readers on
swoony journeys to unusual places. She is a creative writing teacher and l
iteracy advocate who is excited to support the next generation of authors.
Sara is represented by Ann Rose of the Tobias Literary Agency.</p>\n<p>EV
ERY REASON WE SHOULDN&rsquo\;T was named an NPR Best Book of 2020.</p>\n<p
