 p><strong>Kelsey Ellingsen (COTA)</strong>&nbsp\;is the Director of Local 
 Government Affairs at the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA)\, an organ
 ization serving a region of more than 1.3 million people. As a dedicated m
 ember of the Central Ohio community\, experienced in the local civic and p
 ublic policy landscape\, Kelsey plays a critical role in driving COTA&rsqu
 o\;s priorities forward through advocacy and<br />partnerships with valued
  community stakeholders and elected officials.</p>\n<p>Kelsey has a long h
 istory of serving Central Ohio\, previously working as a legislative aide 
 at Columbus City Council\, serving in public policy roles for the Ohio Hou
 se of Representatives and the Ohio Department of Education\, as well as wo
 rking on campaigns for the Ohio Democratic Party\, U.S. Senator Sherrod Br
 own\, We Are Ohio\, and more.</p>\n<p>Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in 
 Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio Stat
 e University. She is also a 2024 graduate of Leadership Columbus and the P
 resident-elect of The Ohio State University John Glenn College of Public A
 ffairs Alumni Association.</p>\n<p><strong>Michael Ahern (Citizens Not Pol
 iticians)</strong>&nbsp\;is a resident and registered voter from Blacklick
  Ohio\; he is unaffiliated with any political party. Michael began his inv
 olvement in redistricting reform in late 2016 and has testified numerous t
 imes before the Ohio Redistricting Commission and state legislature regard
 ing redistricting efforts under the current Ohio redistricting rules. Mich
 ael was a member of the committee to obtain the initial 1\,000 valid signa
 tures in support of the Citizens Not Politicians ballot measure (Issue 1) 
 and has gathered signatures to get Issue 1 on the ballot on November 5\, 2
