 y to bring your loaf home and cook it after class. We will also go over ot
 her ways to use the starter to make everything from crackers\, donuts\, ba
 gels and granola.<br />All participants will receive: a sourdough starter\
 , a loaf to bring home to cook\, a recipe sourdough booklet and treats mad
 e&nbsp\;from&nbsp\;sourdough.&nbsp\;This class is taught by Rebecca Winnic

 an herbalist\, running a permaculture farm business\, creating culinary di
 shes\, and homeschooling her 3 children. She has spent the last 15 years l
 iving her passion by creating natural teas\, foods that heal the body\, an
 d gentle yet effective skincare products. She has embraced a life of natur
 al and sustainable practices such as homesteading\, and utilizing old-worl
 d knowledge to teach her family and neighbors. Rebecca is working toward b
 ecoming a clinical herbalist\, growing her cooking teaching classes\, and
