 r natural waist\, and then multiply that number by 2. For example\, if I h
 ave a 48 inch waist\, I will need a 96 inch cut of fabric</li>\n<li><stron
 g>1" wide elastic</strong> (to find the measurement\, measure your natural
  waist\, divide by two\, then subtract 1. For example\, if I have a 48 inc
 h waist\, I will need 23 inches of elastic (48/2 = 24\, 24 - 1 = 23)&nbsp\
