 n Family Health Team Physiotherapist and Team Lead\, Anne Svetik-Jones<str
 ong>. </strong>First\, hear about common foot conditions - including plant
 ar fasciitis. Learn how to optimize your foot health through exercise and 
 learn some interesting self-management techniques. Information and resourc
 es on how to keep your feet healthy will be provided to participants. Afte
 r the talk\, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy&nbsp\;walk and 
 lively conversation.</p>\n<p>Please arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Mee
 t us near the Fireplace at the Tansley Woods Branch. We will then move to 
 the outdoor space at Tansley Woods\, facing the grassy field just in front
  of the library parking lot (just south of Upper Middle).</p>\n<p>Walking 
 is a wonderful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of wa
 lking ability to participate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the
  entire walk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobilit
 y aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a 
 waiver\, which is provided at the start of the walk.</p>\n<p>Presented in
