 iam!</p>\n<p><strong>About the Chef</strong></p>\n<p>Alice Koh is a Malays
 ian Chinese of Peranakan Nyonya (or Straits Born) descent. She is a partne
 r chef at <a href="https://www.feastworldkitchen.org/" target="_blank" rel
 ="noopener">Feast World Kitchen</a> and also owns a Malaysian food caterin
 g business\, <a href="https://www.seraimas.com/" target="_blank" rel="noop
 ener">SeraiMas</a>. She used to own a fine-dining Thai Fusion restaurant i
 n Phuket\, Thailand. Her cooking is very much influenced by the women in h
 er family and the multicultural&nbsp\;cuisines of Malaysia. Alice and her 
 husband Shane travel back to Malaysia yearly to visit family and have star
 ted a humanitarian journey in Southeast Asia\, helping organizations and i
 ndividuals. Some of the proceeds from Alice's cooking go to fund their mis
