X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>A legacy is tangible&mdash\;something that
loved ones can hold onto\, to help provide healing and comfort year after
  year. It could be a collage\, a handwritten letter\, a video\, or even a
song. Legacy work provides a unique opportunity for people with a palliati
ve diagnosis and their loved ones to reflect on their lives. It can be a m
eaningful way to spend time together\, offering space for participants to
remember life events and the people who shaped them.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>During
this session\, learn how to start a legacy project\, as well as hear from
Avalon Harris BMT\, MTA\, about the supports available to them through ho
spice.</p>\n<p>Presented in partnership with Carpenter Hospice</p>\n<h5>Ac
