 ods!</p>\n<p>How does it work?</p>\n<p>The Dinner Club gathers on the seco
 nd Thursday of the month outside the Library on the River Terrace\, weathe
 r permitting\, or in the Eben Jones Classroom. Each month will feature a n
 ew cuisine or cooking theme.</p>\n<p>The September theme is <strong>Cookbo
 ok Challenge</strong>! Your dish must come from one of the cookbooks in th
 e <a href="https://peterborough.aspendiscovery.org/Union/Search?view=list&
 amp\;lookfor=cookbooks&amp\;searchIndex=Keyword&amp\;searchSource=local">l
 ibrary's collection</a> - bonus points if it's a new recipe that you haven
 't made before. Even if your dish doesn't turn out great\, come and tell u
 s why!</p>\n<p>Plates\, bowls\, napkins\, basic utensils\, sparkling water
