 >\n<p>&nbsp\;Conversation &amp\; Connection sessions are designed to teach
  you some fundamental skills of effective communication and also provide a
  safe\, friendly space to practice these skills so that you can have more 
 meaningful conversations and create deeper connections with others.</p>\n<
 p>This is an advanced communication workshop to help you become a more eff
 ective communicator as you continue attending each session. If you have th
 oughts and feelings of being disconnected\, uncertain of what to say\, wha
 t to talk about\, not wanting to go alone\, &ldquo\;this is just another n
 etworking event&hellip\;&rdquo\; or a multitude of other reasons&hellip\; 
 please understand that we have kept all of this in mind in the creation of
  these events for you.</p>\n<p>What happens during the event?</p>\n<p>We s
 tart each event by introducing a few key concepts on how to become a more 
 effective communicator.</p>\n<p>Next we invite you to participate in our s
 afe\, friendly\, empowered space\, where we will facilitate rounds of 1-on
 -1 conversation with like minded people\, by providing a topic/question fo
 r each round of conversation.</p>\n<p><br />Will I get to meet new people?
 </p>\n<p>We take care of pairing everyone up with someone new every round\
 , so you have ample opportunity to meet new people from your community and
  connect with them by practicing your communication skills.</p>\n<p><br />
 When and where is this event held?</p>\n<p>These social events happen twic
 e a month at the Coquitlam Library City Center Branch from 6:30pm- 8:00pm<
 /p>\n<p>There are only 24 spots available at each social event\, so do not
  wait and register your spot now!</p>\n<p><br />How to attend these events
 ?</p>\n<p>These social events are for people aged 16 and up.</p>\n<p>We as
 k that you please register ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.</p>\n
