 Visit the Data Walk to reflect on these factors and begin meaningful conve
 rsation about health in Shawnee County. Facilitators will be present to as
 k questions and foster discussion.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The Data Walk features e
 ight expanded posters with local data about health regarding these factors
  and the importance of improving community health. Learning more is a step
