 /h5>\n<p>Lana Button is the award-winning local author of over a dozen chi
 ldren's books\, including her latest titles\, <em>See You Later Alligator\
 , My Grammie's House\,</em> and the upcoming <em>The First Ones on the Ice
 </em>. Her books have been translated into five languages and shortlisted 
 for several awards. Among her various honours\, she was a recipient of the
  Crystal Kite Award from Society of Children&rsquo\;s Book Writers and Ill
 ustrators for excellence in the field of children&rsquo\;s literature.</p>

 sed professional fine artist\, portrait painter\, and picture book illustr
 ator. She has spent over 50\,000 hours drawing and painting since childhoo
 d\, studied art at Toronto's Central Technical School\, and earned a Graph
 ic Design &amp\; Advertising diploma from George Brown College. Jennifer h
 as exhibited her work in solo and group shows\, and been commissioned to c
 reate a wide range of custom portraits and original artwork.</p>\n<p>Explo

 >\n<h5>About Jennifer Maruno</h5>\n<p>Jennifer Maruno is the author of nin
 e novels for young readers as well as several picture books\, all which ha
 ve received starred reviews and recognition. <em>While You Sleep</em>\, a 
 lullaby picture book\, was selected for the 2023 Bank Street College of Ed
 ucation Best Children&rsquo\;s Books of the Year. As an elementary school 
 principal\, Jennifer encouraged all lessons begin with a story&mdash\;even
  math! A local resident\, Jennifer enjoys writing\, traveling\, and mentor

 p>Anitha Rao-Robinson is an author\, conservationist\, and creator of the 
 <em>Kindness Is Everything</em> podcast. Her published books include <em>A
  Family for Faru\, Sari Sisters\,</em> and&nbsp\;<em>Music of the Bells.</
 em> A former accountant\, Anitha now devotes her time to helping animals a
 nd writing children&rsquo\;s stories. Anitha lives on a hobby farm with he
